What We Teach You
We provide full, hands-on training that covers:
- Safeguarding and child protection
- Behaviour management techniques
- Activity setup and group transitions
- First aid basics and escalation procedures
- Communication skills and team etiquette
We also include shadowing days, team huddles, and ongoing mentoring on-site. You’re never left to figure it out alone.
