Site Lead – The Captain of the Ship
You’ll be the on-site safeguarding lead, team coordinator, and parent contact person. Site Leads ensure everything runs smoothly — from opening up the venue to closing down safely at the end of the day.
Perfect for: Experienced educators, teaching assistants, or anyone confident managing both people and logistics.
Activity Leader – The Creative Heart
Leading your own group of children (usually 8–12), you’ll run sessions, build relationships, and keep the energy high. You’ll deliver a range of activities including sports, crafts, and STEM, following our daily plan but also adding your own flair.
Perfect for: Confident, energetic individuals who love taking the lead and inspiring children through play and learning.
Assistant Activity Leader – The Essential Sidekick
Support your Activity Leader by setting up activities, managing transitions, and helping children one-on-one when needed. You’ll also learn the ropes and develop leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Young Years Activity Leader – The Nurturing Specialist
Working with our youngest campers (ages 4–6), this role focuses on gentle routines, story-led play, and age-appropriate fun. You’ll need patience, warmth, and a strong understanding of early childhood needs.
