Roles Available

Site Lead

Take the lead in daily camp operations. As the safeguarding officer and site manager, you’ll ensure a smooth, safe, and engaging environment for children and staff.

Ideal for experienced childcare professionals or qualified teachers.

Activity Leader

Be the heart of the action! Lead your own group of children, set up and run exciting daily activities, and make sure every camper is included and inspired. Perfect for confident, energetic team players.

Assistant Activity Leader

Support the Activity Leader in running fun sessions, managing group dynamics, and creating memorable experiences. A great entry-level role if you’re enthusiastic and eager to learn.

Young Years Activity Leader (Explorers 4–6 yrs)

Specialise in early childhood play, storytelling, and themed activities. This role focuses on delivering age-appropriate fun to our youngest campers with patience, energy, and care.

Suited for those with experience or interest in early years childcare.
